There’s a big difference between online, discount brokers and me:

  • We are full service. We have MLS experts, contract attorneys, photographers, and even our own Title company at our disposal.
  • We market to “EVERYONE”. Discount brokers do not post your listing everywhere.
  • We have over 350 local agents- plus another 150 affiliates. That’s one big network who will know about your listing on day 1.
  • I work with you lockstep in every part of the selling process. I let you know what to expect and communicate any updates, changes or delays.
  • I have a winning marketing plan. Email blasts, social media ads, social media postings, postcard mailings – it’s all about getting your listing known to the buyers.
  • I follow up like no one else. Ask any of my clients.
  • I have a wealth of resources at my disposal- for whatever comes up. My broker has been in business “forever”. If we can’t help- no one can.
  • I price your home right. I work with you on your goals and deeply analyze the current market value of you home to come up with a price that meets your expectations and is priced correctly to sell in the current market.
  • I act as a Single Agent . In addition to the duties of a transaction broker I provide loyalty, confidentiality and more.
