I help pinpoint the search. After researching the market, I develop a list of possible home to view. - all that meet my clients' criteria
I provide links to those homes. I let my clients finalize which homes they want to see.
I work with you lockstep in every part of the buying process. I let you know what to expect and communicate any updates, changes or delays.
I understand that my clients may want to send me listings from Zillow, etc. This is fine and I expect it.
I follow up like no one else. Ask any of my clients.
I schedule showings when they suit my clients. I work hard to keep myself available at moments notice when the right home becomes available.
I guide you through the negotiations. I work with you on your goals and deeply analyze the current market value of the home you want and come up with a price that is based on your budget and the value of the home in the current market.
I act as a Single Agent . In addition to the duties of a transaction broker I provide loyalty, confidentiality and more.
